The front desk person was confused when trying to show us where our room was and how to access it. Upon finding our room, it was generally clean but old. The paint was peeling everywhere, the vanity was stained worst of all there was gross brown glob of "something" on the wall below the toilet paper roll. The complementary breakfast was disappointing - all that was offered was boiled eggs and half cooked tater tots for warm food. There was 2 waffle makers, but only one worked enough to fully cook the waffle. Very poor compared to several other hotels we have stayed at in the last 4 years - probably the worst overall experience. The only positive was the AC worked and the room was quiet despite being right on the highway.

My experience at Super 8 Wyndem hotel.

It was very nice, but there wasn't parking for me outside my room, I had to park on the side of the hotel a little ways away from my room. The room was nice, i really enjoyed the shower, nice and big.

the tv had no channels that I didn't have to pay extra for. After coming here many times I won't be back. I guess this motel is just to greedy.. by by ! Also has a towlet seat is older than the motel, stop being so cheap.

***scummy run down and ignorant***

Booking was easy, check in was good. Phone in room was broken, blood stains on pillows and comforter, bath mats need to be requested at front desk, tub was slippery with aweful water pressure. Front desk walked me through a early check out the evening before I left as I had to catch a flight at 4 am, they let me prepay and advised me that the front desk would be closed and I can just leave at my convenience and make sure the door locked behind me and the key cards would automatically deactivate at 11 am. Got off the plane to messages via text and voicemail that my unregistered guest vehicle was going to be towed and unregistered guest is still in the room and I am to call them immediately. Voicemail was rude and unprofessional and accusatory. I was the only guest that stayed and my friend who visited did not bring their vehicle. When I called they advised me that I could ignore the messages, and had to press them for confirmation that my room was fine. And was told ohhh it wasn’t me who called. Expected more of an explanation and an apology for the mix up or mistake. This was a aweful stay and could have been in a nicer hotel for the same price point.
