Loved how personable and accommodating the staff was, 10/10. Pool was great for the family (bummed the hot tub was out of commission). Our tv was more out dated which worked but wasn’t the easiest to use. Kids watched bluey and Harry Potter movies. Walking distance to the dollar store which the kids loved! We got coloring stuff, popcorn and junk for the movie and hotel night. Room was somewhat humid/ moist with a faint smell but I presume it was from shampooing the carpets recently. Pillows were decent but the beds were not the best for a side sleeper like myself who had sore hips from the springs. But overall family was happy with the room and beds! Not the cheapest and not the priciest! Just what we needed and very family friendly staff. Literally the best staff! FREE Coffee, water bottle fill station and cookies all day. Breakfast offered eggs, meat, delish waffles, oatmeal, variety of toasts and bagels, juices, and cereal. Lots of fixings for said breakfast items. I’d stay again :)

Husband thought the bed too soft, but I found it just right! I was impressed from the very start with the friendliness of ALL the people working at the front desk and even the young man who was cleaning the carpets. The room was clean and pretty. My only fault would be that there was only one elevator and it was slow. Cookies were nice at check-in😁

Very comfortable beds

Love this hotel it was newly renovated or new. Beds are comfortable. Only complaints hot tub was not working, dog hair behind door on wall carpet strip in a no pet room. I’m extremely allergic.
