Room was clean, beds were comfortable. I could not hear other guests. Towels were a nice size (not tiny, cheap ones) and soft. I loved the refillable, pump style shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was provided. I much prefer those over the tiny, single-use use bottles that aren't enough to wash long hair and are only good for one person. Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was decent and plentiful. The only complaint I had was the showerhead. It had three settings and all were terrible. This issue was relatively minor and barely impacted our stay. Keep in mind that they use Smart TV's and only have local channels. You can log into your streaming service, but you need to remember to log out when you leave. All-in-all, it was an excellent stay. We will stay again.
