Impression Overload

Great place for business meetings, Team sports, or just a stop in. They have free breakfast which is better than some of the other guys. 24-hour pool! With a hot tub!!! Fitness center too! You can't beat that. Although it's located perfectly by restaurants, shopping centers, Walmart, and even an urgent care. I knocked down the location due to it being right next to the highway, but catch this they offer complimentary earplugs! King room with sofa bed and all the amenities was $124 a night through a third-party app. So that is a price you can beat as a member or booking straight through the hotel. P.S. forgot to add the mini snack store they have for the kiddos and late-night munchies 😋. Didn't add the food cause I didn't want you drooling all over your electronics. Please give them a stay on your next visit to the area.

Hotel was clean staff was nice except the lady who checked us in she was not friendly didn’t greet us acted like we were bothering her. She had an injured leg and she seemed like she should not have been working but she made us feel like an inconvenience I asked about breakfast times and she was very short with me. The pool was very small and very busy most of the time. The one time we wanted to use it it was full of kids eating Taco Bell and swimming so we decided it wasn’t a good idea to swim. Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean and conveniently located to the softball complex we came to town for

The hotel was beautiful, breakfast was good and the beds were so comfy! The downside is being on a very busy and noisy highway with big rigs and cars zooming by all night long :(

The road noise was rediculous! Everything else was wonderful but the noice kept me awake all night. There was also a very loud noise from somewhere in the hotel that sounded like an industrial washing machine type noise. Definitely not a restful night of sleep.

Our stay at the Kennewick Comfort Suites was great. Location is quiet, check in was easy & pleasant. Our room felt up to date and clean. The included breakfast was enjoyable and a good start to our day. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff was great (sent a blanket up quickly when asked), rooms were large enough (slept 6 with pullout couch), lots of breakfast choices (oatmeal, cereal, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, cheese, sausage, eggs, sausage gravy, biscuits, granola bars, muffins, bagels, english muffins, waffles (2 flavors - original and apple cinnamon plus 2 types of waffle irons. One that made smaller waffles)), plenty of seating in breakfast are and lobby, small "store" to buy snacks/drinks, plus an indoor pool. The pool is SMALL and a bit chilly. Hot tub seemed a bit murky but this could've been due to all the kids getting in and out. Lots of echo in the pool room, especially with kids screaming. Plenty of pool towels. Convenient location near a few restaurants and easy access to get to other locations. Elevator is SLOW! Room seemed clean and didn't have an issue with road noise. Beds were fine.
