Staff was about as rude as they could be, that is the front office female, probably in her twenties. I can't remember being treated that rudely, really sad to have someone like that as the face of an establishment.

Stayed here on a whim,due to rainy dark driving conditions. My granddaughter searched Expedia and chose this BW for the "VIP"access on the front page and it was $20+ more than others hotels so I told her book it, sounds like fun. Walked into a dull, low lite lobby and waited for front desk staff to come out and check us in. I asked Nick what our "VIP"access included, and he said we don't have that and i don't know why is on the website. After driving to the wrong BW 13mi away the first time that was beautifully decorated with Christmas decor, grand entance lobby etc. I was absolutely livid. It was cheaper for a room but I was done driving for the night. This hotel is out in the industrial area and it's quiet so that was nice.

The hotel has been recently renovated and it is very clean. The breakfast was nice, however, seating at busy times is 'tricky'. We came a 730am (started at 7) and all the tables (not too many) with chairs were taken. It didn't take long to rotate people out, however some just 'took their time' conversing as others had to retreat to their room! Maybe a sign reminding people to be considerate of others and leave when finished eating!

Stayed here for a concert at the Toyota center, and it was perfect. Within easy walking distance. Close to dining options. Clean, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was great. Friendly staff. Clean. Easy walk to our concert at Toyota Center. And best of all, it was quiet! Not a bunch of traffic noise which makes it hard for me to sleep. We will definitely stay here again next time.
