I was put in a room that the toilet will flush on its own every 2 minutes. I had them change room and the other room the air conditioning system made an annoying sound. I was too tired to go back to the front desk to ask for another room. Will I stay here again…. NO

The breakfast buffet has been hit-or-miss with a couple of days with no hot food available prior to closing (at least 1/2 hour). The air conditioner in the room looks like it could fall out of place at any time. The landscaping at the back of the property needs to be cleared out. On a positive note: check-in was very quick, and I had no issues with extending my stay until Sunday.

Sadly one or more guests were inconsiderate using cannabis products during my stay. Tile in the bathroom needs to be replaced due to cracks. Staff did thoroughly clean the room. The young man who checked me in, very professional and knowledgeable. LeAnn the young lady to whom I returned the room pass was very friendly and pleasant especially appreciated since it was an early morning departure.

Several people where smoking outside of the bar in front of the non-smoking signs, but not one staff member asked them to stop. The outside seating area in the middle of the hotel was completely ruined.

great owner, horrible employees and staff

arrived on time, the front desk lady was definitely having a bad day, got to our room and it smelled aweful, there was a hole in the ceiling, the toliet wasnt clean and kept running, the bed was filled with stains as were the carpets, then we asked for a refund and was greeted by just a nasty manager that said we dont do refunds and itll take 7-10 business days to refund your money, and shell have to call the owner, so we waited, then she came and said dont bother waiting,, ps the owner was on point and refunded us the same day,
