The staff were very welcoming. The Hotel location is great. As far as the Hotel it is very dated and in need of a face lift. The room that I was given had a weird smell to it and I couldn’t really decide is it was a smoke smell or a pet smell but it was definitely noticeable. The parking lot at night did not feel very safe. Horrible lighting in all parts of the parking lot.

This was the worst place i have stayed. Toilet had to be flushed over and over to work. Bathroom sink filled up and would not drain for a long period of time. Frig was broken and i had to buy a cooler for my drinks and things. The final straw that made me make reservations at a hotel down the street was when i called the front desk and asked if they could provide ice, ice of all things and was told by the gentleman at the front desk " our ice is for our banquit room and its in the back, sorry". You have got to be kidding me. Even after i went through everything was still not able to get ice. So i had to purchase it yet again. Stay clear of this place. Its old run down and not well maintained. Oh i forgot about being in the shower with shampoo in my hair and the water turned off. Never again.

There were multiple issues, including a lack of security. The entrance to our wing had a broken electronic scanner so anyone could enter without being a guest. The room was in disrepair with damaged doors, framing, and artwork. The smoke alarm was located next to the bathroom, so a hot shower would cause the smoke detector to go off repeatedly!
