The staff was good , a lot of broken down cars when I booked the reservation there was dozen of open rooms 2 days prior I ended up in (last room available) crack heads every wear ppl steeling of of the breakfast area. Won't make that mistake again. Wasn't expecting the Hilton but clean and safe are kind of important.
I get the impression this is kind of a crappy part of town based on observations out my window but despite that the hotel was decent the staff was good the room was clean no real complaints.
Walked in and instantly felt at ease. The room smelled great and linens didnt have an odor. Great walking distance to the concert house and food was right next door.

Affordable stay with decent rooms had the room for 2 nights and they didn’t come clean or change out towels I had to go to the front desk to get towels because we didn’t have enough in the room.
Front desk staff was very rude. I had left my ID at home, and we tried to nicely persuade him to let us check in with my daughter's ID since she has the same last name and address. He kept telling us it was policy. Then he told us to calm down. We weren't talking loudly or being rude! He finally let us check in with a picture of my ID. After checking in I was informed that he was talking inappropriately about us to the guests checking in after us. Once we got to our room, which smelled musty, we discovered that there were many spots of what looked like dried blood on one of the top sheets. I went down to ask for a new sheet. I showed him the picture, he stepped back looked at me with a confused look, so I zoomed in on the stains. At that point he started screaming I am not blind; you need to leave. You have an hour to get off the property. I turned to the 3 men sitting in the lobby, one of whom had been denied his prepaid room because they didn't have any clean ones and asked if we were being rude. They said no we have no idea what just happened. The front desk guy then said he was calling security. We went and got our belongings. When we got back to the lobby 15 minutes later he said that we needed to wait because he had called the police. While we were waiting for the police he mocked us and made fun of my 5 month old grandson. Police came talked to us all and said we had to leave because of his complaint. I had to call the hotel to get a refund.
Check in guy was super friendly. He was at the end of his shift and was super tired because he stepped in to help cover. The morning front desk lady was also friendly, especially with the staff. Whenever she walked by coworkers, she greeted them by name.
The building itself could use some updating, but not a necessity; just outdated fixtures and older furniture. But it all still worked just fine. The room definitely had dust and dust bunny spots in it. I did kind of giggle that the light fixtures haven’t seen a dust cloth for months since somebody had left their Halloween hair clips attached to the base of the lightbulbs under the shades.
The price and location were great for us. The pool and hot tub were nice and the kids loved the space.
Breakfast had great choice options.
