There were numerous pairs of shoes and socks lining the curb by the back entrance. We initially parked back there bc the front desk person suggested it but it was nasty back there. Old discarded furniture and 3 coolers and lots of cigarette butts and shoes and socks. Gross
Clean room, bring your own pillow because those were terrible. Pool was closed while I was there. Breakfast was mostly cereal. Sounds like a bad review, but honestly it's fine if you just need a place to stay the night.
The hotel was clean and set in a quiet environment with many farms around. I needed the hotel for one night. It affords a quick breakfast, but if you a looking for a dip in the pool, it is closed. Great price!

It was last minute, & my regular hotel had NO Hotel in the area. & HOTELS.com was there for ME
When I walked in there was a smell that I didn’t recognize. Didn’t really think about it. The next morning I woke up to “sick” roaches on the counter! I captured them in a cup and took them to the front desk. My first question was did you spray for roaches! And he said yes! Which was what I smelled coming into the hotel! They knew they had roaches yet didn’t disclose this information! I said that would have been nice to know so I could have prepare so that I didn’t have to worry about taking them home with me! He said “well, they are almost dead, what do you want”. I wanted a refund but he refused! He doesn’t care about customer safety! Just money! He knows he has roaches and instead of just shutting down for a couple days to completely make sure he gets rid of them he just covers up the problem. Plus he advises a pool but the first sign you see when walking in is “Pool Permanently Closed”. There is no way this hotel is rated a 5 star hotel! IT HAS ROACHES!
