The hotel / suite itself was nice. The concept of checking in a completely different location was frustrating. We had a dinner reservation and I walked into the check-in office just after a group of 12 rather drunk individuals which was not ideal.
Accommodation itself was great facilities wise, had everything we needed for our family.
The downside however, was the cleanliness. Within an hour of walking around barefoot, my feet were black. I will attach a photo. I was also rather disgusted when we folded out the sofa bed and found a lot of food, hairs and even a whole goldfish snack on the underside. Clearly from where the previous people had been eating on the sofa. Ideally this needs to be cleaned and prepped for the next visitors as they may want to use it as a sofa bed - as we did.
Some kind of safety lock on the patio door high up would be desired as it's a very easy catch for a young child such as my son who is three to open. He could also fit his head very easily through the railings and there was a large gap down to the side of our patio railing that I am sure he would have been able to squeeze out of had he wanted to.
Overall a good stay but could be improved dramatically by a deeper clean between guests and a safety catch on the patio door.
