I paid $862 for this reservation. When I arrived at the site, they charged me $10 per day for parking my car and $25 per day for the pool. They left me with 4 bottles of rage. I was there from Thursday to Sunday and no one ever cleaned my room. Once they gave me towels, I am attaching what I paid and what they deducted, 118, which I did not understand. If I paid so much for that reservation, they charged me even more money. I do not know. I recommend them at all.

The hotel was very dated. We were awakened to what we thought was a hurricane, because it was so loud. But, when we looked out it was just a rain storm, but because of the hotel set up it was hitting the doors and windows. The staff was not very friendly or helpful. The shuttle was confusing and the driver didn't communicate or help. The room was very dated and not comfortable. The breakfast had very little variety and was disappointing. We expect more from a Marriott

Elevator broke down the fourth day of our stay. I’m 100 percent disabled and on dialysis. I had to get people to carry me down five sets of stairs. We checked into the other Marriott down the boulevard. The room was on the ground floor. Everything at the new Marriott was excellent. By the way the elevator was out of service for two days.

Clearly, the maid did not clean UNDER the bed. There was approx 2” opening to outside on the main entry door. Furniture old and in need of cleaning. All units not accessible to elevator so we had to stay to stay in handicapped unit due to bum knee. ONE ice machine for entire facility. Had to pay for daily parking and some other fee to total approx. $39 additional per day. Nice breakfast with good coffee and fabulous pool

Small beds with uncomfortable sofa bed. I was there many times before and get a Queen side beds, but know my bed was full size..Also since November 2024 they charged for parking! So planning to pay more for you booking. I can get better hotels for the same price. Definitely don’t coming back !

Rude staff

The hotel staff was rude. They were loud and forced our door open breaking a lot. We paid extra for the shuttle bus and the drivers were rude. On the way back one evening because the driver was running late and I called; the driver verbally in another language gave me a reprimand for calling and complaining.

The overall property was dirty, our rooms door was dirty, bathroom had hair still in the shower and left over hair ties. Our mini fridge did not work properly. We got a double room with a living room and the actually bedroom was badly played out there was such as small pace to walk through to the bathroom, between the bed and the corner of the bathroom. The pool was dirty as well really sandy at the bottom and a mold ring around the waterline too bad because the pool and area is really beautiful !! The breakfast was nice-ish the actual hot food was gross the veggie sausages, potatoe pancakes and the age free scrambled egg were all watery. This property needs a deep clean and a revamp of the breakfast foods and it was be much nicer to stay at

The floors were very dirty. The walls in the bathroom had broken drywall and towel holders. Very tight quarters in room and little space to move about. The location was not bad and it was easy to get to other locations via vehicle with easy parking.
