Our stay was great. Initially i was a bit nervous because of the reviews but I was pleased with the conditions of our room and the property. Would definitely stay here again. Patrick checked us inn and he was great!

Air conditioner was filthy and extremely loud, tried to open windows, screens were missing. Lights could not be turned on because knobs were missing. We had no tv or internet for entire stay. For the money of close to $450 a night totally unacceptable.

The bathrooms could use some updating and the sheets were stained. Breakfast was good but we found a cockroach in the indoor breakfast area. The pool was fantastic and we loved the cat who seems to live on the property!

This property gives you a feel of Old Key West It's comfortable but the king tropical room was small. The breakfast was good. It's easily walkable to Duvall and surrounding areas.

Good location. Cozy and quiet spot near Duval. Resident cats are nice. Room needs updating. Feels a bit run down. Bathroom was dirty on check-in. Hot water pressure very low. Took a while for hot water to reach shower. Was bitten by fleas while sleeping - visually confirmed fleas. Gap in front french door allows bugs into room. Bed was comfortable, though...

By far, this is the best place I have stayed at. Heron House exceeded my expectations. Everything was great from the spacious room to the comfy bed and hearty breakfast. I particularly enjoyed the quietness of the place and the fact it is within walking distance from everything, including Duval Street. I encouraged everyone to book HH.

Great location and helpful staff made this a wonderful experience. Nice pool and wonderful breakfast made for a great time. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only watch out is there are cats on the property for those with allergies.
