The good: pool area, hot tub. what can be improved: Was told on arrival our booking was for a 1 queen. Luckily I had email showing it was for a 2 queen bed room. check in staff acted like he was doing me a favor giving me a 2 queen room. Room assigned was in the worst location of the motel. on a dark outside hallway facing a wall. Hotel workers pushing carts up and down the hall throughout the night and early am. In addition, we were charged an additional $30 to check in 1 hour early. Seems like nickel and diming and not a good reflection on the company. I will look elsewhere next time I am in Key West

Marcelo at front desk is the embodiment of what a professional and welcoming desk attendant should be. After a long and exhausting trip, he made check in a breeze, was empathetic, and even checked to make sure we were settled and didn’t need anything after we went to our room. Large lobby with a kitchen open for simple dinner into the evening. Lovely pool with bar even though we sadly were not there long enough to utilize.

The shower water was extremely difficult to regulate…45-60 second delay. At times it was scalding hot. I would be very careful with the older clientele as well as children. You should really invest in beach chairs for your customers, not camping chairs for the beach.

Expedia caused my problem. I had prepaid 602.08 as I redemned expedia one points on March 1, 2025. I was topay$28.13 at check in. My credit card had expired and I was contacted on the 7 mile bridge. I had to pay all costs again and exte n ede mystay
