Overall, condo is nice. The entire place is an older but kept up well. Had a few doors that were off the tracks but nothing major. It does note in the listing about the construction. I’ll say it’s a little worse than I thought it would be. The noise was so bad starting around 8am that we would get up and just leave the condo for several hours. They were typically done around 3 for the day.Check-in was a little difficult. The codes I received to get in the building initially did not work. Had to wait for someone to walk by and open the door. You get key fobs then for the building. I personally don’t like to carry that kind of thing around and with teenagers I was constantly worried they would go missing.The location of the property is nice, it’s off the beating path and very quiet (when there is no construction) but very easy to get to all the places. The pool was good.. clean and quiet! , there is no beach right there. We were fine with it but the listing kind of makes it look like there is.

Amazing stay

This property is located in a small quiet suburb of Fort Lauderdale. It is very spacious, clean and stocked with anything you could need for your stay. The grotto with the pool was my favorite place to be. Perfect to cool down after a day on the town. The beds were all very comfortable. Definitely would stay again! Thank you!

Great Stay!

The condo was great and spacious, beds and pillows were comfortable. Extremely well stocked kitchen, and condo was clean upon arrival. The pool/spa area is wonderful! Great place for a family to stay! If you are wanting to be central to Duval Street/night life, this isn't your best option. Check in was a little confusing but the employee on property was very helpful & got our parking situation worked out by calling the owner. Our pack and play was not there upon arrival but I called the property manager, and there was one brought to us shortly after! Would definitely stay here again for a family trip to Key West! Super convenient to the airport as well!

Great spot off the main road. Quiet and great pool side view. Our AC went out late on the 3 rd night and they were there to fix the next morning and cooled us off in no time. Master shower was a little dingy but everything else was perfect. Definitely would recommend renting and we would possibly stay again in the same condominium building.

Amazing Key West Spot

I went with hubby and 3 kids. As much as Key West isn't for children, drinking/debauchery/bachelor/bachelorette parties...my kids had fun. They LOVED the location of the hotel, Southwest point, were enthralled with the pool and orchid garden at the condo. They were catching the little lizards. Sooooo cute. Totally encourage to come with family. Obviously, better with nanny/babysitter.

20th Anniversary Trip

The condo was even better than the pictures. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, completely outfitted with everything you could need (except a hair dryer 😉). I would recommend this property to anyone coming to Key West. One side note: although you can see the ocean from the living room balcony, it's not quite as grand as the view pictured. But you could see the beautiful, lush garden up close and that didn't disappoint.

A great place to relax

We all loved the condo and the grounds. I will definitely consider this property for my next trip to Key West. The only thing that I would suggest would be a grab bar in the walk-in shower for safety.

Property was great! Exactly how it was described in listing. Check in process is a little confusing and employees of the property are not so friendly. The pool and hot tub are awesome. The beds are comfortable. Even the fold out sofa. Everything you need for appliances and utensils are supplied. Could supply a little more toiletries like paper towels,toilet paper and trash bags. Property location is great. A easy golf cart ride to Duval Street. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Condo complex is in a great location, quiet at night with secure garage parking. Unfortunately, there is currently both exterior and interior construction going on. Elevator closest to the unit was closed due to exterior construction. The unit itself has a great kitchen, but furniture is old. Pest control entered the unit before we could open the door and we were not told this scheduled treatment would be happening during our stay. Overall, it was great value for the money.

Amazing!! The place is everything that they advertise!

Very clean and great location! To wake up every morning and sit out on the patio with coffee and see the ocean was a perfect way to start the day! The pool area is perfect!! Looking forward to coming back!
