Things Wrong- 1)- During a cold week- no heat in room 104 2)- During one day- ho hot water in bathroom 3)- Goodwill Kelwin chocolate had bugs when opened 4)- Advertised Heated Pool had no heat This Historic Building Deserved improved conditions eliminating above .

Convenient location. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Nice view. Seaside cafe was great. Moondog pastries available for breakfast. Insulation probably not great and could hear roosters crowing at night even on the top floor.

What a gorgeous property, the mansion is gorgeous and the views were awesome. It was so nice to walk out of the property and enjoy all that Duvall street has to offer without ever needing our car.

Great location. Loved the history of this Southernmost House. I did a lot of investigating for an historical accommodation in Key West, this matched my checklist perfectly! History, architecture, superior accommodations, great oceanfront view and delightful heated pool. Breakfast was top notch and the staff is marvelous and very accommodating. I loved this place, I would highly recommend you will not be disappointed!
