Great hotel with a family feel!

The service here was top-notch! The staff truly treat you like family! The owners and several other staff live on property so there is always someone there to answer a call. The game room was great! The indoor pool was a bit dated, and was closed during thunderstorms, but was still great when we got to use it! Complimentary breakfast was good. We would definitely stay here again! The location is great, too!

The air conditioning didn't work in our room. We had to have a portable unit brought in. It was loud and was positioned in front of one of the chairs. There was nowhere else to put it. Only one chair could be used.

Roosevelt Inn

We enjoyed our stay at Roosevelt Inn. The location was perfect and the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety of food and we loved that it was served with regular plates and silverware instead of plastic. The amenities were great, like an indoor pool and game room. Rooms are a bit small, and beds could be more comfortable. All in all this was a great place to stay in the heart of Keystone and if my travels were very lead me back to this area, I would stay here again.

Wonderful stay. Breakfast is great and staff are nice and friendly. Kids love the separate loft space. Close to the Rushmore and Custer state park. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Easy to get in and out area. Our minor issues, our bathroom door is hard to open and close. No vent in the bathroom, and iron and ironing board in the room. Those are minor things compare the comfort of our 2 nights stays. Highly recommended for families and will definitely go back to stay here again.

The Owner is a special Lady as is this property. The management and staff is marvelous professionals and a is very attentive. Great place and breakfast. Beautiful area and love Ashley and Rene and family. Peace out. Cant wait to have a family reunion. This place is like Disney without all the BS and over price gouging. Kids paradise on steroids.
