I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok, and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. During my stay, I had a bit of a scare when I realized I had lost my iPad. I retraced my steps, but it seemed to have vanished. I approached the front desk, and the staff sprang into action. They were incredibly helpful and understanding, taking the time to listen to my situation and assuring me they would do everything possible to assist. Within a short time, they contacted the housekeeping team and began searching the areas I had visited. To my relief, they found my iPad in the lobby! The staff's dedication and efficiency were remarkable, turning a stressful situation into a positive experience. Their commitment to guest satisfaction is truly commendable. The hotel itself boasts luxurious rooms, fantastic amenities, and a convenient location near shopping and dining options. I enjoyed every moment of my stay, thanks in large part to the outstanding service I received. If you're looking for a hotel in Bangkok that combines comfort, elegance, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests, look no further than the Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao. Thank you for making my stay memorable, and for reuniting me with my iPad! I will definitely return on my next visit to Bangkok.

I always stay at Centara Hotel for convenience, the breakfast buffet is always good, and the staff are nice. Conveniently located beside Central Mall, for easy browsing at the shops. Many choices of restaurants at Central Mall, and easy walk to the MRT station.
