I highly recommend this place, it was clean and had everything we needed

They had the beds set up, kitchen was clean and the bathrooms had clean towels 5 minutes away from beach and close to stores, I will definitely be renting again in the future

Pleasant stay

The main purpose of the trip was to do some fishing, but the weather didn't cooperate, too much wind and rain. So having a nice cozy place to stay worked in our favor. We would definitely feel good about staying there again.

Quiet Place with Nice Neighbors

Property was clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. It was a little farther from the beach than we anticipated (not really walkable) but we weren’t there for the beach this trip. Going straight down Martin Ave. until you cross Hwy 12, you arrive directly at public parking for the beach, if that’s your reason for visiting.

Nice home inside

Home was nice needed dishes cleaned , laundry left in washer leaking shower head. Other then being accused of breaking shower head and being charged for it, unplugging TV cords and taking apart remotes. Beds were comfortable home was well decorated and very accessible. We were alittle worried when we pulled up the neighborhood wasn't what we are used to. However owner's yard was nice porch was nice except for barking dog. We have never been accused of breaking things in all our years of traveling. We did however spill a drink under refrigerator and were charged $100. So sadly would definitely not recommend renting here.

Listing was accurate. Home was clean. Check in was a breeze. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. They provide an assortment of movies and games. Nice touch to have toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels when you arrive. They also left one pod to wash clothes. I had a question so I text the owner. He returned my text in about four hours and apologized for the delay. (He was at work). I didn’t think four hours was unreasonable. He seemed genuine and wanted to make sure our stay was good. Only negative was the second bedroom mattress could be updated

Great house in a nice quiet place!

Great house on a quiet, dead end street on the sound side of the island. Easy to cross the main road since there is a traffic light. Public beach access on that same road. House is well appointed and clean. Great hosts who care you have a great experience. Check out the visitors center on Old Nags Head woods road! It's a part of OBX you don't know exists and it starts at the end of this road! AWESOME

Exactly as described

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean in a quiet neighborhood. My family and I decided we’d try and cook most of our stay and it was nice that the house had some pots and pans that we could use. The weather was nice so we found the volley ball and badminton set and played in the yard where the net was already set up. Also, the location was great and close to many things! When I arrived the instructions and list of things to do was very easy to find. Overall, Communication was good and the house is exactly as listed!
