I usually leave good reviews but I’m very unhappy with my stay. At first room was nice, until we started seeing cockroaches!!!!
The shower took about ten minutes to get warm but it never got hot! The sink in bathroom has gross blue rusty stuff on faucet.
Breakfast is the same everyday but needs to be more careful about temperature, the ice baths only had like 15 ice cubes not even touching the bottom of the pans/eggs/milk VERY dangerous someone could get sick. The juice machine apple to be exact had floaters in it.
As you can tell, the weather was extreme winter and winds it was under state of emergency. I asked the front desk should we be worried cause we’re not from around here because we leave Sunday, February 1 and the storm was supposed to hit Saturday around noon. I don’t know his name because he didn’t have a name
Tag but he wasn’t very helpful he shrugged his shoulders and said you should be fine. Well, my husband and I made a judgment call and it was a good decision because that storm hit hard. And we would’ve been stranded. But what really hurt the most was when he said well if you’re checking out early, you know you’re not refunded. I feel like he shouldn’t have said that cause that was very rude the way he said it.
