I was coming off a high stress situation and needed a break. Shutters on the Bank was perfect! I got a Junior Suite in the tower with a balcony overlooking the ocean. I was able to completely de-stress. Housekeeping was present without being intrusive. And the off season prices were pretty terrific too.

Love the location. Staff are always friendly and rooms are always clean. Decor has touches that make the rooms feel more like home and less like a hotel. Beds are comfortable. Nice breakfast. Balconies are very private. You do need to be prepared for some of the bathrooms to be quite small, but they are clean and have good water pressure and plenty of hot water.

Great view! Kind staff!

The ocean view was incredible. Waking up to the ocean everyday can't be beat. The balcony is so nice as well! Breakfast was decent. Nothing to swoon over but I appreciate the hot food right at the hotel without having to go somewhere. My only complaint would be the hot tub. We went in the middle of February, so we booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub. However, it wasn't what we were expecting. It didn't seem to be super clean (lots of little specs in the water, sand at the bottom, just didn't look like it had been drained/cleaned in a while). Overall though, everyone was so nice! The room was beautiful! We would 100% stay here again. Go to FUJI the hibachi place close by. It is soooooo yummy!

Shutters stay

First time staying there very cute place. Bottom floor is not the quietest you could here every move and every squeak in the floor from the 2nd floor guest. Invest in kuerig coffee pot.. breakfast was nice.. easy access to the beach. Will be back
