Not Perferct, WORTH IT.

This is one of my top 3 favorite locations, Trenton, NJ on 195 will ALWAYS be NUMBER 1... the reason I scored with comfort level 3 is because the room I was in had broken cables on the black out shades so I couldn't get the quality sleep I was hoping for, I was also disappointed that the hot tub was out of commission. I am excited about the coming changes for this property as it is under outside renovations, the interior was top notch, high traffic areas should be swept/vacuumed more often. One elevator was not in use, but didn't seem to slow the flow of traffic. Every staff member was polite and efficient. I was there with my disabled mother and my children and everyone was attentive and kind. My daughter enjoyed every moment, as she is 3 years old, and very outgoing in nature. We do thank you all for the stay and look forward to returning in the future to enjoy the upgrades and amenities.

Disappointed for a Hilton!

The front office had construction work. There was not clear direction exactly where to enter. Doors that would normally be locked were left open. I did not feel secure/ safe. The condition of the room was poor. The bathroom fixtures were falling off the walls. The air condition did not work well, thus leading to very poor sleep.

Good place to stay but thermostat didn’t work. When we entered room temp was 58°. Adjusting the thermostat didn’t warm the room up. Had to shut off the system to get it to warm it up

Hotel Condition not good

It was pouring rain so their covered car port was as under construction so we were constantly having to make trips in the rain to bring luggage in and out of the hotel. This was the worst part of out stay by far because of the rain. It was frustrating that the hotel had a second port on the other side but it wasn’t available for guests. The room itself was not in good shape. There were light bulbs missing, the ceiling fan light was literally hanging by the wire, the wood paneling to the night stand was ripped off and there were exposed wires. Terribly done paint touch ups throughout the room. The bathroom shower dipped water, it also spewed water out of the side when turned on. There also like is not a cold setting at all and it was only giving us scorching hot water. This stay felt like a motel 6, like legit I’m frustrated I spent $150 and got motel 6 quality.

Wonderful staff, but hotel needs TLC. Show ran (not dripped) no -stop. Fixtures hanging off the wall (ex. Shampoo dispenser in shower). Exposed, unfinished woodwork and electrical under bedside counter. Sheetrock issues in bathroom. Cabinet doors hanging and won’t close all the way. I’ve said enough. I expect more from the Hilton.
