Night staff at the desk was very nice but our rooms were not prepared, floors had holes which is unsafe, smoke alarm was broken and towels were small and pillows way too flat. Management did bring big towels and thick pillows.

Good clean place was quite for the most part and they don't bother you if you stay extended period they leave your space alone unless you request otherwise so didn't worry about personal belongings either...

The front lobby of the hotel exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, which is a positive highlight of the experience. However, there were concerns regarding the cleanliness of the rooms, as a few roaches were spotted during the visit. This prompted the decision to cancel the remainder of the stay. Despite the issues encountered, there is optimism that management will address these cleanliness concerns promptly and make the necessary improvements.

Property had roaches and smelt like smoke. Property refused to refund even with these terrible conditions. I rent rooms often but this was absolutely terrible. Super dirty and terrible staff. Was told I would receive a call when a new room was prepared but was never contacted.
