It was great hotel to stay at. The room was clean. You could tell that it just had some renovations done. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

1 mile to the casino, there was a shuttle which made it very easy. Desk clerk told us the price would have been cheaper going through them though…but all good.

The room was big and spacious. The staff were friendly and courteous and very helpful. My only thing was the breakfast options i think it was continental but there was not much there. There was no syrup and butter for the waffles, toast or bagles. I wish that there was a variety of breakfast, for example like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, or fresh fruit. Or even breakfast sandwiches to warm up

The rooms are dirty no breakfast had cereal no milk bread was hard and old no hot tea no kind of fruit behind beds found old under ware items in room was old and run down housekeeping needed to do a better job on rooms could not check in early was told 3:00 pm other people asked we waited in lobby at 3:00 they told all of us waiting it was 3:00 to come up to get our rooms

Check in was quick, but unfriendly. Distance to Winstar was more than expected and we were told we could catch a ride at the property across the street. We did and were told by the driver multiple times that it ran 24/7, but the rides had stopped when we wanted to come back to the property, so after waiting about an hour, we had to walk. The walk wasn't impossible for us, but having been told we could get a ride and waiting for it really ruined the night. Other people with mobility issues would have been stranded.
