The check in process was like being at at cheap run down hotel not a Hilton. To park the car in a regular lot required you to leave the check in area and scan in the phone a QR code and jump through those hoops to pay $ 10 a day to stay there. Not a parking garage just a big lot. Nice hotels include parking. If there is a charge it is just added to the bill. This QR code was stupid. After it was done I continued to receive texts that it needed to be done. Very frustrating and a sign of poor management
