We had an overnight stay for a bereavement trip. Jennifer, the evening clerk, was very helpful. I had not been able to specify when I booked but we needed a shower rather than a tub. She actually went upstairs to check a room to verify it had a walk-in shower. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast offered a variety of foods. Hampton Inn was a good place for us to take a break from our stressors.

Probably the worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in, bathroom smelled like urine asked for them to mop the floor never did, nobody to clean the room all weekend,

Vending Machines and Ice Machines were broken on 2nd floor, 3rd floor vending machine would not take cash. Breakfast was ok not great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice.
