The sofabed was like a medieval torture device. The king bedspread was scratchy and dirty, the duvet underneath had no cover on it and hadn’t been washed in awhile. The toilet seat was old and had scratches and blistered paint on it. There were two coffee pods provided but only one cup. Not great.

Our room was not the cleanest. There was a large, dead bug on our floor covered in lint, coffee splattered all over wall and microwave near coffee pot, moldy caulk in bathroom. There was a ceiling leaking in the cafe near the front desk. Our room smelled like a nursing home. There’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom so the moisture level in the entire room was high. A neighboring room had a dog barking all day and night. Luckily, we were only in our room to shower and sleep. Our room was not cleaned until we asked for housekeeping and fresh towels. Front desk did give us breakfast vouchers.
