I've stayed at Kozy Houston North multiple times, and each time I am completely impressed by the outstanding customer service. The employees are upbeat, full of life, energy, and smiles — creating a warm, welcoming environment from the moment you walk in. Even when I've checked in after midnight, the staff’s demeanor has remained high-energy and genuinely friendly. While the hotel is undergoing renovations and updates, the incredible service easily outweighs any temporary inconveniences. Parking is simple, the hotel smells fresh and clean, and it's clear they are headed in a positive direction. The customer service here has been one of the best experiences I've had at any hotel in the area. It’s heartfelt, genuine, and truly feels like family — and that's what keeps me coming back. It sounded like there was a dumpster right outside our window. Thankfully, it was only accessed twice.
