Right off that bat we’re told the pool heater was out so we didn’t get to use it at all-no discount given. The light in our room was flickering a lot and when I told the front desk person he giggled. Both sink drains were half clogged and one had a big hair ball in it. The shower head was clogged and impossible to move-it was aimed at the grab bar which made it difficult to maneuver around. Dogs were allowed so we heard barking more often that I would like. Other than all of that it was a decent place

Hotel itself seemed clean & well maintained. Didn’t use any of the onsite facilities (pool or gym), so no opinion on those. Breakfast was ok. I mean, can’t go too wrong with waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, oatmeal, etc. but if you want the prepared stuff (eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits/gravy, etc) it was the cheap ingredients/mixed lacking in much flavor. But it’s free, so take it or leave it.

We were unexpectedly offered an upgrade to a suite, for the same price we paid for a double bed room, so that was really nice! The room was great. The only downside was the heater was out on the pool and the water was freezing so our son and his friends didn’t get to swim.

We reserved 3 rooms. Two rooms were ok. However, the third room had a moldy dirty looking shower. The sink was clogged so the faucet could not run long enough for the water to be warm. The refrigerator seal came off causing leaks on to the floor. This hotel was more expensive than nearby, but we chose it for the breakfast and a pool. But the pool water and area was quite cold, our kids swam for a while but their blue lips and shivering shortened our pool time. Breakfast was good. Staff were pleasant.
