Deposits are of the devil!

I wasn’t aware there was a $100 deposit, so when I arrived I had to pay that on top of already paying for the room. And the front desk clerk wasn’t aware of why I had a balance, because I paid online and already had done the check in process.

While the staff was very friendly there needs to be some attention to cleanliness. The first two rooms we were given smelled of mildew & the floor was damp. The carpet/floors were so dirty you had to wear shoes so your feet did not turn black. The pool was also not available which can be understood if there are issues. There was also a very strong smell of marijuana in the lobby & throughout the halls. It’s supposed to be a non-smoking establishment.

We appreciate the accessibile room with shower chair, comfortable bed, fridge & microwave. The breakfast was decent with boiled eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles, fruit, etc. but didn't like only vanilla yogurt.

Comfortable

It was comfortable and suited the needs for a place to sleep. Many people have negative things to say but if you are expecting an elevator and a five star breakfast you need to pay more and stay elsewhere. Breakfast had biscuits and gravy, bread (even whole wheat!), waffles, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, donuts, fruit. Thank you to the staff who were all friendly and willing to help.

Good enough for the price

Was one of the cheaper hotels in Kokomo. Rooms were clean but nothing special. Solid place for a budget stop in the area.
