Walking distance to 2 large shopping centres. We chose a decent sized room on a high floor which was pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had variety but hot food was usually only warm and not very tasty. Pool on top floor was good but gym is just ok and treadmills need servicing. Our biggest regret was not understanding the area around the hotel is very run down and also how bad Kuala Lumpur is for pedestrians (not the hotels fault).

Hotel looks rather new and room is clean. They also provide small packet prawn crackers and 4 cans of soft drink in the room. Hotel location is quite convenient about 13 minutes walk to Hang Tuah station and Pudu station. There is a link bridge 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel that links to Lalaport Bukit Bintang, a big shopping mall. There are some eateries near to the hotel.

Family friendly as some rooms have baths… close to Times Square and Lalaporte. Hotel food was great and not expensive. Nice pool at the top of hotel. Staff were very polite and helpful. Rooms were very nice and had own hot/ cold water unit….never seen that provision before.

Nice modern hotel. The room is clean, bright and spacious. Lots of nice eateries around the hotel too. Just one comment about the check in, I find it relatively slow, not much staff in the front desk area.

really good property, area is close enough to the city centre I walked home from the centre everyday. One thing that really stood out that I really liked was that the hotel had a filtered water system within the room instead of water bottles so it saves on plastic and encourages recycling!!

One of the top-notch hotels in the area and it's a good value for money. Pros: Very close to all main attractions and malls.
