Seaview resort was lovely, the rooms were clean and modern and the bunk beds were a hit with the kids. Location is fantastic, walkable to everywhere. Pool was great for the kids, buffet breakfast was also good. Staff were lovely!

Had to wait a long time for lunch at the restaurant, could not check in until 14:20 despite check in being at 14:00. The receptionist was quite rude and hostile. The man who walked us to our room was grumpy with us and thought we got out on the wrong floor despite him going to the wrong floor. Then a passive agressive tour of the room that we had advised we only need for a few hours. He then left the room without saying goodbye and slammed the door. Check out took 15 minutes for the to check the room despite only being there for 2.hours. The bathrooms were dirty, the complimentary water in the bar fridge smelled off and was warm

The property is adjacent to Kuta beach with plenty of dining and other services nearby. Staff were attentive, always with a greeting and smilr. Unfortumatelt the upper rooms and parts of yhe facility are ageing and in need of maintenance. Regardless we would stay again.

Kuta Seaview Boutique Resort offered all required amenities in a tranquil and lush tropical setting. Staff were friendly & grounds were kept clean & tidy. Menu options at the onsite restaurant were plentiful & delicious. Resort is well located & walkable to nearby shops & restaurants. Would definitely recommend & would be more than happy to stay here again on future visits.

Nice hotel. Lovely pool area. Rooms a bit dated but comfortable with good air conditioning. Area ok but constant hassle from motorbike taxi drivers who often tried to sell me drugs and offered the services of sex workers. Hotel restaurant does great food.

Good stay

Was given a free upgrade on arrival on the ground level but separated from kids room on level 2. Was not an upgrade at all, 2 singles pushed together to make a king size bed, shower head was so weak it took forever to wash the shampoo out & room was dark and depressing. The walk way to get to the room felt like we were walking through the jungle, had wet leaves flicked on our faces trying to get to our room, needs to be trimmed back. Next morning asked to be moved to level 2 with kids. Room was a lot better and cleaner. ADI our room attendant was great, always there when needed.

We loved staying at Kuta Seaview Boutique Resort. The rooms and facilities were great. The grounds and pool absolutely beautiful. Staff are wonderful. Breakfasts and dining delicious with plenty of options. Everything we needed was available. Loved and will definitely be back.
