This property was in dire need of updates and maintenance. The floors were filthy, our toilet seat was broken (immediately fell onto the floor upon initial use), and both curtains were ripped (huge holes).

This was hands down the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. I paid extra for the best suite. There was blood all over the floor and fecal matter on the bathroom walls. There was a large crack in the plastic shower with mold growing everywhere. I booked for two nights, checked in exhausted and packed up my stuff the next morning and just left. The staff was kind, but this level of filth cannot possibly be safe. This hotel shouldn’t book any rooms until these extreme situations are resolved. Absolutely grossed out! Do NOT book this property!!!

Need to clean restroom.

Restroom had mold and cob webs where they don’t clean. Also found dead bugs in restroom. No free breakfast one morning, next morning they shut it down at 9am.

Well, the hallways could use a vacuum and in the corners of the floor in the room and bathroom were nasty. Other than that staff was very friendly and even made jokes with us at the delicious breakfast they served!

1st and foremost the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the cook that served breakfast was awesome! The hotel was very clean and comfy and it was very affordable, overall great stay will definitely book it again next time I come to kyle
