Great staff

Front desk staff are amazing and perfectly attired for Halloween. Hilarious! Most significantly, staff went above and beyond helping me get a COVID test and providing translation for the instructions. I would happily return.

Loved staying at this hotel! The lobby was cool and the staff was very helpful. We had a small leak in our air conditioner, and someone came to check it out immediately. It’s also very close to the station, which was nice.

Very nice interaction with the robots, but also the staff were there and were very kind and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the in-house laundry was very helpful! Location to the rail station was also super convenient!

I was able to figure out the check-in process eventually, but it would have been nice to talk to a real person at check-in. Someone did come out to assist, but we had to call them.
