The hotel was very clean and our room was extremely clean and comfortable. We would definitely come back again. I like the hotel location as it was very close to Kyoto station and the Avanti Mall across from the station.

This hotel is very close to Kyoto station and a short walk, so it is very convenient. we were impressed with their luggage storage area which was available to any guests checking in or out, free of charge. The room is decently sized, and if you get a room with a foot massager, you won’t regret it!! There is a mall nearby with good food in B1, and conveniently there are some shops with some luggage for sale if you need to purchase another bag!! I loved that the station was close. It made for convenient travel to other areas in Kyoto; however, it’s quite walkable too. Kyoto tower is close and a great sight seeing adventure!

This hotel is located right next to the train station so if lugging luggage it's super easy and easy to get around. The beds are not very comfy and it's a smallish room but cmon dinosz ya know? Would I stay again no was I happy I did it once absolutely. The front desk help was super attentive and the restaurant in the lobby is great. Locker storage if needed bus stop and 711 both very close.

The location is awesome. Two blocks away from the Kyoto station. Good storage ports for lock up your luggages before you check in and after you check out. Provide umbrellas for guest to use is very thoughtful. I will definitely recommend.

Putting dinazor puppets at front desk is pretty childish. Rooms are extremely small. I ordered 18 m^2 and it seems to me like 18 is together with toilet and bathroom. The food is awful. Eating place was at hotel's bar on very high cheers. The only plus here is that it was in very central location. In addition, despite it was right Infront of Kyoto station I didn't hear any trains with closed windows at my room. By the way, I visited also henn na Osaka and it was the same. Besides of good location everything else was bad.
