Wow! What an amazing hotel, location is everything right within the station. We stayed with access to the executive lounge which was worth it. Slightly only disappointment was the breakfast in the main lounge the food was fairly cold, and unfortunately had a canteen feel to it with traus and tables in-line. However overall very good

Our room was spacious, clean and full amenities. Loved the view of Kyoto Tower from the window.! Only thing we were disappointed was our room location was too far from the elevator. My brother in law has mobility issue with cane. I should’ve asked where the rooms as I checked in but also his condition was obvious. If the staff at front desk could’ve asked our preferred location would make my feedback perfect. Although when I asked to switch the room on the phone, the staff was very proactive and accommodated my request. Overall we loved our experience. Thank you

This hotel was cool but they are rigid in their spa/pool area, made my husband wear a shirt for his small tattoo. The people there were also a bit stuck up. Overall rigid vibes but beautiful hotel.

I love the functional layout and spaciousness of the room, great buffet with variety and fresh fruits, and proximity of the hotel to Kyoto station (for convenient bus and train access). One negative about it is that, being located on 3rd floor (reception) and up (guest rooms), the hotel is very difficult to find. The building is actually shaped like a letter U, with both the north and south elevators on the opposite tip/ends. To access the north entrance, you must find yourself on the ground floor of a complex filled with shops and take an escalator up. The south entrance is across the main entrance of a department store JR Isban, and you take a short escalator up. Suggest that the hotel provides on its website, a map with clear directions from JR train station (where you get off from the KIX airport train). Definitely, I shall return to this hotel next time.
