Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The buffet breakfast had a lot of choices and was delicious. Found out that there are now three Hotel Keihan's near the train station. We have stayed at Hotel Keihan Grande in the past and went to the wrong hotel to check in on this visit. Hotel Keihan Grande looks completely different from my last visit, the location seems different, and the reception desk is now on the first floor. Since we took two grandkids with us on this visit, we stayed in a Family Deluxe Room. The room was exceptionally spacious and we could have our four suitcases on the floor and still walk around the room without tripping over. It also had a large closet.

Conveniently located, just right beside Donki and 7-11. Also has its own passageway into the underground and main Kyoto station. Rooms were well-kept and clean. The breakfast was very good. It even fancy cheese, roast beef, and macha soft serve!

What an incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff rolled out the red carpet and made us feel right at home. The hotel's location was nothing short of spectacular—convenience stores at every corner, and the best part? It’s connected to a fantastic mall! It truly made our trip unforgettable. This hotel had everything we could possibly want and more! We can’t wait to come back on our next adventure to Kyoto! Thank you for such an amazing experience!

Location, location location

It was amazing the hotel is right next to thw train station and within walking distance from food and shopping Though they didn't provide early check in, they kept our luggage. The breakfast buffet was really good.
