The best hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan. Kyoto Station is incredibly close, there’s a shopping center next door, a 7-11 practically in the lobby, and the breakfast was incredible.

By the Kyoto Station, you can take any public transportation, and food around the station are amazing. The 13th floor facilitated a little sitting area with free coffe and drink

Don't leave luggage when you're returning here

Very surprised when after staying at the hotel for 2 days, we left for an overnight in Amanohashidate and had a reservation for 2 nights afterwards back at th hotel. We left 1 carry-on bag at the hotel so we weren't weighed down for our overnight trip and we had to pay 1000 yen to leave luggage overnight. Never had this issue before in Japan...

This hotel was very clean and wonderfully located directly across the Kyoto train station. It had a friendly staff and located near a shopping and restaurants. However, the restaurants below the hotel were not the greatest. But, loved the Hotel.

Convenient location and amenities

Really like the location being so close to Kyoto station yet lots of shopping and eating places nearby. We paid a premium to stay on the 13th floor but it was worth it for all the little extras offered in this card restricted area. Loved the coin laundry available on every other floor especially since we're traveling for 5 weeks in Japan.

Great location. Room ventilation is not good.

The location is great near the Kyoto train station. The room ventilation is not good. I stayed two nights, did not sleep well because of this. The first night I sensed cigarette smells in the room. Hope they can improve this.

great place and location

this place is a gem. location is perfect since its just a walking distance to the train station. the hotel itself is nice, clean and spacious. hotel staff is so helpful and speaks english.
