When our flight got canceled, we were stressed and scrambling – but the Hyatt MCO came through in the clutch! We managed to snag a room late in the day, and let me just say, it turned what could have been a nightmare into a surprisingly great afternoon… if you know what I mean! The room was comfortable, spacious, and just what we needed to unwind (wink, wink). The beds were super cozy, and after all the chaos, it was exactly the kind of comfort we were hoping for. The on-site restaurant was a pleasant surprise too – good food, quick service, and just the right atmosphere to help us decompress. All in all, what started as a frustrating travel hiccup turned into an unexpectedly relaxing little escape. Kudos to the Hyatt MCO for making a stressful day end on a high note!

Not their best foot forward

We’ve stayed here quite a few times and it’s usually great. This time we came in exhausted from our business trip and just wanted to relax. After walking an eternity to our room, we were greeted with the STRONG smell of cigarette smoke when we opened the door. The front desk offered to have the room cleaned or deodorized or whatever but it seemed like that would probably just introduce other weird smells so we passed. The handle fell off of the shower control too when we turned it on so that wasn’t great. Otherwise, it’s a spacious room with comfortable beds and excellent room service food.
