We were put in a room where the toilet was not working. We asked if someone could come look at it instead gave us a plunger to do it our self. Which it didn’t work at all. After already getting settled in we had to move to a different room.

Drove for 16 hours and just needed an overnight travel stay. Booked with ease for best price with Expedia and was sent pre check in from La Quinta which included uploading drivers license and plate info. Long line for check in, clerk very unhappy with my "third party" booking. I was required to call Expedia and have my first name changed to exactly match my DL. It was the manner in which I was treated. 1 hour to check in. He argued over some issue with everyone in front of me and behind me! Very frustrated, he said there was no management available when I asked

We enjoyed our stay and loved the room. Everything was clean and well maintained. My husband loved the waffles and the coffee was very good. A couple of concerns- the towels were threadbare and need to be replaced, and the room was dark as there are only three lamps, a small desk lamp, one bedside reading lamp, and one pedestal. Finally, the pillows are too small and very lumpy. They need to be replaced. Otherwise, I would rate this hotel a five.

The room was clean, but the chair up to the desk was super old and peeling. Also this is a big pet friendly hotel. There were big dogs everywhere. I don't have a problem with pets as I have a pitbull but I don't like pets at a hotel because everyone doesn't clean up after their pets. Had i know when booking I would have chosen another hotel.

I love this place been here for over a month . Staff is amazing , rooms are nice . This past week was the only disappointment I had and tha is for the cleaning personnel. Whoever they assigned this time just did not do a very decent job . Other than that they go above and beyond . Lots of people with dogs checking in they are pet friendly. Brylie at the front desk is the best .
