By far worst hotel we've ever stayed at, and we could tell this based off our first impression when we walked in. Hotel is run down. Our room was awful with dusty vents & uncomfortable bed. Staff was not friendly at all. Just unbelievable for what we paid for a two night stay here. The management of this place should be ashamed.

This property needs serious updating and "very" overpriced for condition. Hotel was old and poorly maintained. Bathroom was dirty, shampoo dispenser empty. Hallway dingy. Would not stay again.

I left to go get food at around 930 at night. I left my lamp light on, the TV and the AC on. When I returned, everything was off. I will be calling later on for a refund on my stay.

After booking and paying fully through Expedia, the hotel decided to also separately charge me for my room. Upon calling them, they’re stating that I never had a reservation and didn’t stay there… oh and the icing on the cake was the full on fight right outside my hotel room where the police had to be called. Funny how I have that on video and yet I “never stayed there”.

I was completely disregarded at check in. 1 staff member never looked up to help me even when asked by another staff member, who was on the phone. He instead picked up his cell phone and started scrolling instead of helping me check in. I was promised a late check out but that was rescinded as well. Never again. Door was partially ripped off my room. The drapes look like someone wiped their butt on them. Pubes on soap dispenser in shower. Could barely get the door opened or closed it was so messed up. Booked 2 nights but only stayed 1 it was so gross. Would ask for a refund but not with my time.

Absolutely disgusting property. Rooms look like they have never been cleaned, stains on bedding, doors wouldn’t close and looked like they have been kicked in. Smelled like smoke and human uncleanliness. Pay a little extra and go somewhere else. Only bright spot of the stay was that the attendant, Rene moved us to another room.

The motel was on the Main Street . I was surprised and parking in the back. It really needs to be cleaned and swept up by their back door. The room was clean and a nice shower. But they need to finish the remodel in the bathroom. Door is heavy and squeaks, tiles are missing in the ceiling, under the sink needs to be concealed. Otherwise is was good for one night and the price.

Never Again

I have stayed at a few different Baymont by Wyndham hotels in the past with my family and dog with no issues, so I booked the hotel for my family's vacation that was a mistake. The room we got was not cleaned at all, there was still garbage in the trash can and on the floor. The toilet did not work and the employee at the front desk said to just turn on and off the water valve every time we used the toilet. The mirror in the bathroom had a huge piece missing from it posing a cut risk, and the hallway outside of my room was flooded with standing water creating a slip and fall hazard. There was trash piled up outside of the elevator for two days. We asked for towels and toilet paper for the room and did not receive any for two days so we bought our own. The hotel and room was so bad that we decided to end our family vacation early and go home.

It's a place to sleep

They've updated the rooms but it's just kind of slapped together.. paint is messy , floor is uneven in the room. Beds are old & springy but do the job. Bathroom has updates but messy & shower was stained. Bathroom door closes behind you. Got there late at night , the guy working was nice.. basic breakfast, food ran out early & wasn't refilled. Better options for the price

This hotel was very dirty. The first room they gave us was covered in vomit and had booze bottles all over. When I asked for a different room they asked if it was up to my expectations. Well it wasn’t covered in sick so yeah it was “better.” There was a smell through the whole hotel though. And our second room was covered with mold. Fairly certain there were bed bugs as well and even the second room not fully sure it was actually cleaned as there were crumbs on the bed side table.
