The location was strange set back in a neighborhood. First impression showed signs of aging and not as clean as it could be. The first room given was uninhabitable, dirty curtains, carpet, dark, and the heat let out a horrible smell. The staff was accomodating and switch us to another room that was better. The breakfast was great and the area was clean. The one person staff in the kitchen did a fabulous job. All in all I would not stay there again.

Great location for an overnight stay near Lake Geneva. The facilities are spacious, the staff was very friendly, and the spa was really nice. The room was clean overall, though the floor could have been cleaned better.
