Great Start to Lake Geneva

Check-in was very easy and friendly. We had to make a $50 deposit that will be refunded. The lobby had water and coffee available, and the breakfast area was also located in the lobby. The room was very spacious, and the personal jet tub was convenient. The bathroom also had a tub and a shower. The hotel is about a mile from town but very close to shopping, coffee, and food. there is a bowling alley and an antique store next door. Both are fun to visit. Everything in the room worked without any problems. However, I did notice that when I visited on March 15, 2025, the laundry room was out of order.I really enjoyed the stay.
This is the Jetted tub, It is very nice and fills fast!

The king bed was comfortable. There are extra blankets in the closet.

We loved our stay at Comfort Suites. This was our second stay at this hotel and we all loved it. The complimentary breakfast was excellent due to the great options that were offered, we absolutely appreciated the low sugar food and drink options that were offered as well because not everything hotel offers those. The service we received was excellent and the staff was always happy to help answer any of our questions. The room was clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and the fact that there was a kiddy pool with water features, and standard pool and hot tub was such a bonus for everyone. We had a great stay and will definitely be returning.

The property was clean, the staff were nice, and the breakfast offerings were good. The one negative is that the property itself seems rather old, and they've attempted some cheap updates that really just accent the fact that the property needs more. Also - we were on the first floor and the room above us must have had a family - when we were trying to get to sleep, it sounded like there was a herd of elephants running around above us.

There was so much noise coming from the other rooms, multiple rooms, banging doors, jumping off the bed, screaming in the hallways, slamming doors all over yelling running around the hallways late at night. This was reported several times over two hours to the management and they did absolutely nothing. They never came upstairs to investigate. They never knocked on the doors of the rooms that were doing all of this all they told me was that they can change my room or I would leave the hotel. I finally involve the police and they showed up even after the police left. The noise began again And this one on throughout the night my sleep was terrible and the staff the auditor at the hotel did nothing about this. I want my money back.

Excellent stay

It was very clean and spacious. Excellent customer service, breakfast was hot and lots of options. The only thing wrong was the drain, didn't drain in the shower.But we let them know and they thanked us for letting them know. The Pool and hot tub were clean and not too strong smelling of chemical. Would definitely stay there again.
