I ve stayed multiple times with my dog. No problems. This time I requested a handicap accessible room and received a confirmation I have a handicapped room Upon arrival I was asked if I have a dog after the attendant my past hx. I've had her multiple times and always put at the end of the hallway from the desk. I use a cane and have difficulty getting in and around bath tubs. I finally decided to request a handicap accessible walk in shower and chair. I received a confirmation for it. Upon arrival, once I told the attendant, he said he needed to check with his boss if I could have the accessible room. I was moved to a room at the farthest end of the hallway from the desk. Room 132. I showed my cane which he told his boss. I was still denied my conformed room! The hotel is supposed to be pet friendly. What's the difference between a handicap accessible and any other room?

The pool area had a cigarette bud stuck to some of their pool equipment. The bathrooms in the pool area were so wet that I fell because it was very slippery but otherwise overall my stay was good.

Standard lodging. Paid a significant rate over normal because all hotels were full. Rusty bathroom door frame. AC was significantly noisy. Perfectly fine accommodation for a few hours overnight - breakfast was sub par and coffee cups were tiny. Check in took 5-7 minutes and was confusing about fees I paid and which card the hotel was charging.

Property is what you expect from a quality inn. Room itself is fine my only complaint is the smell of dog when I first walked into the room. The ac or at least vent should be left on in between customers. We had to buy an air freshener to attach to the ac during our stay.
