The room WAS absolutely spotless and beautiful. The complimentary wine, snacks and muffins were wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only glitches were that the HVAC system in the bedroom was a little noisy and my husband could not sleep. Also, the boiler went out and there was no hot water from Saturday afternoon until we left on Sunday; we certainly understand that this can happen and we blame no one for this unfortunate situation.

Rooms were very nice although the heat was not easy to navigate and no one around to help. The parking is an issue there should be parking for hotel guests only you shouldn’t have to walk across 67 to get to hotel. We parked by 3pm and ubered in the evening but shouldn’t have to do that. No one at desk til 9 am and gone by 7 pm. Lovely hotel but due to parking issue not sure I’d come back.

Was a very cozy experience. The roaring fireplace in the lobby and in the suite made us feel like we were at home. Heated bathroom floor and complimentary muffins, snacks and wine were a treat. Would definitely stay here again, we highly recommend for a romantic getaway.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a quick getaway between Christmas and New Years. We loved everything about the hotel. Our room was beautiful and well stocked. The hotel was quiet. The only thing that I found odd was the front desk was closed a lot. At check out on a Monday it was closed. Other than that I would recommend this place 10/10

I booked this hotel for a relaxing weekend for my sister’s birthday, and it was just that! From the complimentary snacks and free bottle of wine—to the quiet room, fireplace and beautiful shower. It was exactly what we were looking for. The staff were very accommodating and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Effortless stay in a good location. Staff was warm and friendly. The room was beautiful. Parking was easy. Onsite restaurant had wonderful food and service. Loved the in room amenities, snacks and wine. Muffins were a treat we didn’t expect. We will definitely stay again when coming to the area.

Quaint, nice spot. Good sized rooms, nicely appointed, with a terrific back patio (we spent one evening playing cards there). Some road construction in front of the place but that should be over soon. Eazy drives to most everything in the Lake Geneva area.

Absolutely excellent.

This is hands-down, the most comfortable hotel room/suite we have ever stayed in. Every need and want has been anticipated. The facilities are spotlessly clean and without a sign of wear. So sad to leave here and can’t wait to return. Beautiful stay.
