Absolutely excellent.

This is hands-down, the most comfortable hotel room/suite we have ever stayed in. Every need and want has been anticipated. The facilities are spotlessly clean and without a sign of wear. So sad to leave here and can’t wait to return. Beautiful stay.

We had an outstanding experience. Tennesse went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. When we asked where we could get ice, she personally got an ice bucket and filled it with ice. The food was exceptional, the quiche was the best quiche I've ever had. We will definitely return.

The hotel its very clean and comfy. They do have a lot rule but those rule are awesome to me because they keep people enjoy their stay. The bed is one of most comfortable bed I ever had for the hotels.

A beautiful little inn that reminds me of days gone by. Guest Services was outstanding - special shout-out to Sarah at the front desk who went above & beyond to personally deliver extra water bottles to our room after a hot day of hiking. Also, chef & service staff at Bisto 67 were among the best we've experienced. A bit of highway noise (we had a front facing room) was the only negative, but everything else was spot on! We stayed here our wedding night and the staff could not be more accommodating with early check in. I have never stayed in any hotel that was this incredibly clean and in good condition. The outdoor area is breathtaking and immaculately cared for. Convenient location outside the hustle and bustle of Lake Geneva, but only a few minutes away from everything. Nicest hotel I have ever stayed in and I could not recommend enough.
