Staff was very polite and accommodating. Fireplace would light for about 30 seconds then go dark . Whirlpool tub, wife could not get to work. 2nd day we got back to room bed was made garbage can lid on counter top . No coffee no cream small amount of sweeteners when we called the desk they brought an abundance of coffee cream and sweeteners. Maybe the maid just didnt finish or forgot .i would still go back.the restaurant was very nice food was very good hotel was clean and well kept.i would recommend maybe we just caught a bad night .

Room was nice. Not quite as nice as usual. Room needed to be updated and we didn’t have enough toilet paper, no dish soap, no dishwasher soap and barely any paper towels. Called the front desk and they said they’d send stuff up and never did. We had to seek out the housekeeping staff. Not a usual stay at the cove and we stay fairly often.

The staff at The Cove could not have been nicer! We went on a busy Lake Geneva winter weekend and our entire stay was comfortable and quite pleasant! Best location and walkable to all of the shopping and restaurants! (not to mention across from the lake.)

We have been staying at the Cove for many, many years. Overall still a great property and location! Could use a little refresh. Condo was “tired” and needs some updates. Pool area was good although an ant problem seemed apparent. Still great for a big group!

The two other rooms I saw were up to date and really nice. The room we got was in need of complete overhaul. Very shabby. We like the Cove very much in general and do recommend it.

The room was clean. The bathroom had some dirty spots both due to old age and insufficient cleaning. Shower head was dirty and had mold on it so I had to disinfect it. Other than that apart was clean. The room was spacious, starter supplies were ample, and coffee and tea were provided. Check in staff was courteous and welcoming.

The tub that have jets didn't work. There was no usb outlets. Plus the door pass stop working thirty min's before check out. Need to walk all the way around to the front entrance to get back to our room. Thank God my wife was still in the room so i could get back in the room.
