Great space but needs some updating, leaks happen inside the hallways. rooms have issues with WiFi, not the cleanest but was clean. Staff was helpful and apologetic, no one to be blamed just needs a little revamp in some areas and will absolutely be a nice stay.

Staff were all very nice and great. The nighttime staff lady was so sweet and great. This hotel was awful. The indoor pool looked like a horror movie. The hotel smelt of cigarette and mildew. Place looked like it was falling apart. Would never come back.

We recently stayed creekside at this hotel, and while the view was genuinely lovely and peaceful, it felt like a missed opportunity. The small deck outside our room was broken and unusable, which was disappointing since it could have been the highlight of our stay. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room itself seemed clean. Breakfast was a basic continental setup—nothing special, but enough to start the day. Unfortunately, the property as a whole is clearly in need of significant maintenance. The roof was leaking in several areas (thankfully not in our room), and the entire building had a strong smell of cigarettes, even in supposedly non-smoking areas. Other guests during our stay were loud and disruptive, particularly in the lobby, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable at times. It’s easy to imagine this place being a charming retreat—maybe 30 years ago—but today it’s showing its age and neglect. With some serious updates and better management, it could shine again. Until then, it’s a mixed experience at best.

Forget this place.

My roommate was not sent A survey. She is very upset because she feels the same way and doesn’t have a chance to express it.We checked out immediately after going to our room: small, dinky, dimly lit and uncomfortable set up. The clientele was mostly young and loud with no respect for common areas. The worst of it was: our room was in the towers, which has nine floors and one elevator to service them. The elevator was not functioning properly, created so much noise going up and down that it rattled our bedroom walls and we did not feel safe at all. Front desk said they were waiting for the repair people – – you think?

Clean room good breakfast. Very noisy room location. Very disappointing. Could not sleep because of loud music in club and people in parking lot and very noisy people in hallways and near club. I would rate this part 1star. Will not come back if we would get another room in this area.

The room itself really was not that bad for the price given but let’s talk about the so called amenities. There were no extra towels available which has never happened to me at a hotel ever - no pool towels either so make sure you bring your own.The bartender at the hibachi place was one of the only waitresses. We get to crecenzos to get lunch and the bartender told us she was only able to make the fried foods because the chef wasn’t there, we get the food and as more people are coming in she is telling them they aren’t serving food as we’re eating ours. We couldn’t find the snack bar and deli which sucked because that only left us with shogun as the only restaurant in the hotel for the most part although there is other good restaurants in the area. We went to the club which smelt like an old bowling alley and the majority of the people there drinking were employees of the hotel. The fee for the club was $5 per person on Friday and $10 per person on Saturday - which was not specified in the hotel description - it’s also cash only and it’s $3 to use the atm. Continental breakfast ends at 10:00am not 11, found that out when I wanted to get it at 10:30 and they said it was done. The gift shop is just a couple shelves at the front desk. The free shuttle is a hippie van looking thing which I couldn’t find the seatbelt. The only good thing besides the room was the top shelf liquor choices. All in all I think this hotel has false advertising and I would never stay here again

Very clean room. Quiet. Staff was wonderful and breakfast definitely above what you usually get at this price! Property is dated and in need of some maintenance but the pluses and price make up for that.

Staff was great; however our “pet friendly” room made it difficult for our larger dog as he doesn’t like stairs and there were no elevators / ramps for him to get to the room. Also, no carts could conveniently get us to the room (we asked for a ground floor). The only ground floor room was up a flight of 5 steps. (My husband “fell” trying to get our luggage up the small flight of stairs, and my dog (140 lbs.) had to be lifted up the srtairs. There should, at the very least, have a small ramp that allows handicapped patrons and those with pets go up that area without too much difficulty.

The toilet paper holder and towel holder in the bathroom were broken and hanging. The top drawer in the dresser was broken and kept opening. The hotel phones lines were under maintenance for quite awhile and we couldn’t reach front desk. The indoor pool was green and disgusting. No room service and the continental breakfast was cold and gross and we weren’t allowed to bring it back to our room for my husband’s birthday. Even though we had a microwave and fridge in the room and told them we would bring the plates back to the breakfast room we still weren’t allowed to bring breakfast to our room. This place has new owners from the last time we stayed there. It is nothing like it used to be. It used to be beautiful and luxurious and now it’s a hole in the wall. It needs to be updated. We will never go there again.
