Drug user filled hotel!!!!!

The hotel has a strong odor as soon as you walk in that lingers around. The front desk doesn’t speak to you at all except wanting information and isn’t friendly or well with his customer service skills at all. The front desk help isn’t there you have to ring a desk bell that doesn’t work. The rooms are dirty, there is heavy traffic in and out the building, tons and tons of people who are on drugs walking around 24/7. We had a buddy system and none of us walked anywhere alone. People hanging out around the back by the pool and propping the exterior doors open. Roaches in the room, no shower curtain, safety lock at the top was broke on the door. Felt very unsafe, slept with safety precautions every night. Never been so ready to leave from a weekend getaway and get back home.

If I could give this property a -1000 I would upon arriving there we were met with a very nasty outdated dining area. This place had the illusion of cleanness, but it wasn’t got to our rooms. I had to get someone to change our beds I had to clean out the refrigerator. I had to go to the local Walmart and buy Lysol to spray. This place was horrible. They didn’t even have hangers. They had no phone in the rooms to call down to the front desk when we asked for towels, we had to physically bring our towels to them to get more filthy towels that were supposed to be clean to say this place was a flop is an understatement … they tried to put us in another room as soon as you open the door we were hit with the smell of mold as we walked on the fake wooden floors water came up. I can’t make this up so I do have pictures. do not stay at this hotel I just thank God I didn’t get any bad bugs on me.

I had no air conditioning for 3 hours and there was a needle on the lamp and the reason I knew was because I poked myself hopefully there was no illnesses with that needle , no toilet paper , blood on the sheets and there is mold on the ceiling . Not happy at all

It was impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. The front desk was rarely staffed. Other guests were physically and verbally fighting in the halls during the night to the point that the police had to break it up. Was nearly impossible to get someone to give fresh towels and the plumbing didn't seem to be working properly. The furniture was stained up and I had to report a noise complaint on the second night about the same people who were fighting the first night. I don't know how they were allowed to stay after that. Overall, very bad experience. Will not recommend to others or stay here again.

I guess you get what you pay for.

Everything was very old and not updated like the guy at the desk claimed it would be. 2nd day a roach ran under the door to the empty frig. The desk was too small for my laptop. All towels and linen was very worn out.

Comfortable and quiet

Customer greetings by the attendant was warm and welcoming. Although it was not the fanciest lodging our basic needs were met. Our stay was comfortable and quiet. The room was clean and roomy. The only thing that they could improve upon is providing more towels.
