There were no one to help on any of the counters. The lobby was huge with only 2 ppl were present & they were not at all willing to work. Rude & arrogant, we had to figure out everything ourselves. Train your staffs some etiquettes or change them.

We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. The bed is really comfortable, tv cable is great, and I like the bathroom. The self check-in/out sign should be more visible because we didn’t see it and there was a long line to check-in at the front desk.

Friendly helpful staff. Guy Fieri’s restaurant excellent. Room clean. Great views of Sphere. Casino too smokey for me. Speak easy too difficult to reserve.

Our suite was amazing, and all the pool and service staff we encountered were very friendly and professional. Will definitely book another stay here in the future!

We had no hot water. I called the front desk (which ended up being someone in another country) and they told me to run it longer, even though I had already taken an entire shower and the hot water never came. My daughter took a shower right after, and it still never came. they said they'd send someone immediately and that took 45 minutes. this was at 12:30 am. The next day, still no hot water even though we took a shower earlier in the night hoping that would help. No one bothered to follow up with us to see if we ever got the hot water. This is unacceptable.
