The stay was great at the hotel , the only thing that bothered me was that the was wouldn’t flush, we had to call twice to get both towelettes fixed.

Room that I reserved was not available at the time of check in, room was outdated and the shower drain would not go down causing excess water in the base.

I always park here when visiting Las Vegas each month because the free self-parking is hard to beat. Given the age of the hotel, I’d honestly never considered staying there. This trip was for No Doubt at Sphere, with about a 25-minute indoor walk through The Palazzo. Because of my initial hesitation, I went in with pretty low expectations — especially for the price point. But I ended up genuinely impressed. The renovated rooms felt far more modern than expected, the elevators were surprisingly fast even up to the 36th floor, and the location made getting around easy whether heading south toward MGM Grand or north toward The STRAT. For someone who actually enjoys walking the Strip, the property sits in a really practical middle ground. 7/10 — I’d stay again.
