We only stayed for a night. We needed a quick place to rest. I was impressed on how clean everything was and I loved the room had no carpet. Bed sheets smelled so good. Gave me clean vibes for sure. My only complaints would be that the shower needs to be renovated. The aesthetic did not match the rest of the room and also the mattress was terrible. Very noisy! Other than that everything was good.

We travel with a small dog and we reserved the top floor suite on Expedia but when we got there they wouldn’t allow us to have the top floor suite because we had a dog with us so we had to take the 2nd floor room and it was a lot noisier because kids were running up and down the halls at night so it wasn’t as quiet as we had wanted and the room was half the size and we were charged the rate for the top floor suite

Generally good. The breakfast was plentiful and very good. I asked the staff if the hot tub worked and they said yes-when I got there there was a yellow caution banner across it. I turned it on and it came on so I went in but it was ice cold. The room was a little run down-shower door warped top of toilet broken and looked like it was repaired with super glue. But otherwise in general clean, pillows too mushy-if they have 4 pillows on the bed, why can't two be firm and two be mushy so everyone is satisfied?

Excellent service by the Front desk at check in and during the stay. Room was clean but mattress is due for replacement.
