Water pressure was horrible, blood stains on the sheet, electricity went out and there was no backup generator. Front desk lady was horrible. Ordered a Cesar wrap, tortilla was stale and there was barely any chicken. I have always stayed at Hyatt, but I can absolutely say that this location was a horrible experience!

Amazing clean place with noon check out for cheap

I loved this place. A few things i did not like. Their pool..i would ever swim in it!!! That pool is small and nasty. The breakfast was so old nasty. Cold and pancakes very hard. A preferences that i dont like, but it is my preferences..i dont like the part you wash your hands for the bathroom being out in the room seperate where whimoever is staying with you can see you. I take a shower and brush my teeth before i get dressed so for me this was not good. There bathroom vent didnt work either. I didnt like that. I am huge on a bathroom vent when taking a shower as thr humidity from florida will cause issues if the door is closed and no vent. I live in florida so i did not like this. Other then those few things this hotel was so amazing and clean nice quiet area with check out being at noon time makes it even better. You dont feel rushed. The place is so clean! If i wasnt going to use the pool i would stay here again even though the sink for the bathroom is seperate, no bathroom vent, and bad brekafast i would still stay again if i wasnt using the pool because my small.preferences arent that big if a deal and the place is amazing and clean. If using the pool i would need to stay somewhere else as the pool is that bad. For the price you can beat this place!

The room was great! We are a family of 4 and we thought the room was spacious with the sofa area. The beds were super comfortable too! It’s a clean place and the staff is nice. There is a breakfast in the lobby that was okay, but the coffee was good. Overall I’d highly recommend this hotel.

I would recommend this hotel. I was initially worried about the reviews regarding the smell and other issues, but I’m glad I made the reservation. I suggest booking a room on the 3rd or 4th floor; I stayed on the 4th floor, which was a bit more expensive compared to the lower floors, but it was worth it. The service was great, the room was clean, and everything looked really nice and cozy. I truly felt it was worth what I paid. I plan to return to this hotel and stay there with my whole family again. For anyone wondering about space, there is plenty; even the sofa converts into a mattress, providing extra options. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
