This is my fourth visit to Hyatt place last time I stood in November they were doing renovations. It was a bit noisy but this time around it was perfect. They did a pretty good job renovating this place. Nothing needed much cause it’s always been very clean and the staff is wonderful.

Very nice place to stay… front desk is RUDE

When I checked in everything went well around 9:30p I found out the refrigerator wasn’t working.. called front desk and was told maintenance was gone for the day. Later that night I sent my daughter to buy us some snacks & drinks and the front desk attendant was on her phone being rude and refused to give my daughter a receipt for what was purchased. When checking out the front desk attendant ignored me so I left the keys on the counter & walked out …. The 11p-7a & 7a-3p made my family & I feel uncomfortable/unwelcomed.. and check out it 12p why does housekeeping come in your room unannounced at 10:45a & 11a . I don’t like that

The room was clean, comfortable, and very easy. I needed tickets printed out for a graduation and the front desk was more than happy to print them out for me. This hotel was cheaper than some others close by, but i can almost guarantee my stay was better here than it would have been somehwhere that cost more!

After check in we discovered the dead bolt on the door was misaligned with the receiver and would not engage. We also found the TV had no signal. Staff offered another room, but it was late and we'd unpacked. They said maintenance would correct it the next day, a Friday. Friday morning I showed the desk clerk a photo of the broken coax to the TV. By the time we checked out Monday morning, neither had been fixed.

Rooms were okay, a little outdated, but no issues with cleanliness. Pools are nice. Be aware though that they were not upfront about our 3 bedroom. We reserved a 3 bed so that we could all be together and they had us in two adjacent rooms next to each other. That might work for some people but it created a lot of inconvenience for us having to go back and forth. Pools close very early at 8pm, so by the time people get back from their day out or the parks after closing can not use the pools. There is one that stays open and it was way overcrowed and webhadbto drive to it from our building when there was one we couldn't use out of our back door. Just an inconvenience. Overall, some of our group would stay again, others would take it or leave it.
