Several things in the room were broken, like the microwave, one of the lights and the ice machine on our floor. We also had a cockroach in our room. Our air was set to 58 degrees and it was so warm in our room we bought a fan.

When I checked in, I asked specifically if tea was available at the 24 hour coffee station and they said yes. I woke up at five this morning and went down to get a cup of tea and there was no hot water available and no teabags. The only other turn off was the elevator in the back. There was some kind of wallpaper on the inside the elevator that it looks like people were peeling off in graffiti etched into the stainless steel doors. We will be back someday.

Donna and the manager on staff were very friendly and helpful. Only problem was there was no one at the desk at 5:15 am and no key drop to check out.

Ok but wouldn’t stay again

Check in was easy and quick. Front desk guy was friendly. Breakfast area looked clean, we left at 5 am next morning so didn’t eat there. Room seemed clean except we had ants in the bath broom. Hallways smelled terrible and room had a skunky smell but could open window to air out then was fine. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom only had 2 towels for a 4 person room. Pool area was ok. Good location.

Close to the airport but not worth the money.

The bed was miserably uncomfortable with Springs poking is in the back. The pillows were so thin or heads were just on the bed. The room was terribly cold.

Its an older hotel. I asked the staff twice for a "do not disturb sign", was told "its right by your TV" if it was i would use it! So after asking, i called the front desk and she said she would run one up. Never happened. No smoking facilty? Right. Someone was smoking weed and cigarettes on the floor. Not to mention kids running up and down the halls. Do i need to go on about breakfast. Do not recommend.

The overall property was in good condition the only thing that was strange, is that the elevator had a strange paint peel. The hallway also had a musty smell to it like if food was being cooked in the rooms. The staff were very nice and the check in process was quick and easy.

Was very disappointed pictures are deceiving all doors looked so dirty out bathroom sink had boogers or spit stuck to side hallway smelled like smoke and marijuana bed were very not comfortable!!! Compared to pics online was expecting nicer and cleanliness
