Sparkling, well appointed home away from home. Split bedrooms with Master privacy gives comfort and relaxation for everyone. Natural light, open chef's kitchen and space enough to dance as you fall in love with Lake Worth Beach. A public golf course with a great restaurant is walking distance and the beach is 2 minutes east. Lake Worth Beach town is full of an array of restaurants, nightly music from local talent, interesting stores, galleries and even a theatre. Across the bridge you will find Benny's On The Beach sitting on the board walk overlooking a wonderful expansive sandy beach. See Guest manual for tips and suggestions. Sorry, we are not equipped for babies although we do have a playpen/crib.

Pleasant Stay in South Florida

Property is spacious and well equipped. Check in and communication was a breeze. Downtown and the beaches are not walking distance but we had a hire car so that was fine. General cleanliness needs some improvement. I expected the whole house to be immaculate but found previous occupants hair in the shower, dusty shelves and the fridge needed cleaning. It isn't deal breaker though and would stay again.

Charming house in Lake Worth Beach

The house is so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need. Beautiful garden space. Living spaces make it so easy to enjoy the people you are vacationing with. I can’t wait to go back

Just a wonderful place to stay!!

My friend and I come to Astros Spring Training each year and this was a great place to stay. The location is convenient to get out onto 95, but still tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that felt very safe. The house is so nice and so is the yard. Everything that we needed was there. We only used two of the bedrooms but the house is large enough to accommodate 8 easily. The kitchen is ready for cooking (although we did very little — it’s vacay!!). We sampled some of the restaurants that were recommended and had some great food. The guest book includes all the information you need to operate everything in the house. We communicated via text with the host — so convenient!! All in all, a great week in the WPB area. We hope to return to this house next year!!

Lake Worth Beach vacation home

We had a wonderful 2-week stay at Deborah's house. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and there were lots of towels and soaps, shampoo, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the beach, golf, downtown and a short trip to the airport and W. Palm Beach. Check in was easy and Deborah was very responsive. We have already booked a 3-week stay for next year.

Girls Trip!

This was the perfect little house for our Girls Trip. It was my first time renting a VRBO and my overall experience was great. The location is close to so many great places and the neighborhood is exceptionally quiet. Although it rained all week and we did not get to play on the beach, we were able to enjoy downtown and lot's of great dining!

Description needs updating

The house and neighbor are very nice and quiet. However, I wish description was correct. Listing says Hot Tub, that is incorrect. There is no hot tub. I found this out after booking, really wasnt a problem, but it would have been nice to have. Also, description of beds is slightly inaccurate. Says 2 queens and full/twin bunk. Actually its, 1 kind, 1 queen and full/twin bunk. That might make a difference for some folks. Lastly, thick folder of information needs to be updated (Wi-Fi changed...maybe put contact for info), garbage pickup was not correct, did not read additional info. Restaurant menus were very helpful! Overall, I would say this is a great little house with many amenities! Just make sure you check with them before booking, and during your stay.

Old Florida Wonder

The high rated reviews from previous customers are for good reason. This is an excellent property. A lovely, well maintained and appointed cottage in an "old Florida" residential neighborhood. A very quiet neighborhood. You'll need transportation to get to things. We stayed for 17 days, having ended a cruise in Ft Lauderdale days before Christmas and remained to visit friends and relatives over the holidays. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath worked well with the few in-n-out guests we had during that period. The kitchen was well equipped for limited cooking; however, we ate in most meals and would have liked additional kitchen items, such as more food storage containers, mixing bowls, a coffee scoop, funnel, etc. Some of these items may have been there and we did not find them. Like the potato peeler, found on the last day we were there. And we understand that prior renters put items away in places that the owners did not intend. Yet the lack of these items did not affect our stay, we improvised and made due. The backyard is very pleasant and perfect for enjoying morning coffee and waiting for food on the grill. Our host Deborah was very communicative, responsive and thoughtful. She decorated the house for Christmas to include a Christmas tree which we very much enjoyed. We would stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Great house in fantastic location

Booked for baseball in West Palm. The location was an easy drive to the park, beaches, restaurants, groceries- everything. The guidebook was top notch! The house was well equipped for our family of 4 (we didn’t actually do any true cooking but the kitchen appeared more than adequate). We would definitely stay again.

Landscape Oasis!

We LOVED staying in Deborah's house in Lake Worth, Florida. It's just the cutest little cottage style home. She had everything nice & clean for us. She even had a couple of snack bags of cheetos for us (which saved my stomach while we were waiting to get food when we first arrived...Thank you, Deborah!) The outdoor shower is so handy, when you come back from the beach all sandy. We just went in through the side gate, so we didn't travel sand throughout the house. The Lake Worth beach is a nice beach about 7 minutes away. We also went to Peanut Island (great snorkeling experience) which was about 15 minutes away. We really enjoyed the outdoor space at the house. The front & back yards are just full of beautiful plants...great for photo shoots! We cooked out one night & enjoyed all the landscape & nice back porch. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. We made a trip to Publix Supermarket to stock the fridge & pantry while we there. The house is a perfect location. We highly recommend staying! Deborah has a Info binder full of anything you need to know about the house or the area, and she's easy to get in contact with if you have any other questions. Deborah...Thank you for being a wonderful VRBO host!! :O)

Hidden Tropical Gem

We truly enjoyed the peace and quiet of your place. Everything we needed was on hand and close to all stores. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms and closets had plenty of space... We appreciated the beach towels and outdoor shower, that was a blessing considering the heat Florida experienced this past week. We will definitely return and experience this little piece of paradise on our next visit to Lake Worth. Thank you Deborah for making our stay perfect in every way. Hidden Gem

The neighborhood was family friendly and spacious. Everything that was needed was supplied. The house was immaculate and the backyard was a tropical oasis. I loved that the towels were thick and white (so no stains could be hidden) . I would definitely stay again and recommend. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Well appointed home in Lake Worth

Overall a great stay. Description and pics of the home are accurate. The landscaping in both the back yard and front of the house is beautiful. Some trouble with the AC on two occasions was promptly taken care of by Deborah. Would have rented for a third time however it was already secured by someone else for the time we wanted.

Wonderful House

Deborah’s Eden Place home was absolutely wonderful. It was sparking clean, well located, and well appointed. There were a couple of small kitchen items that were missing, but that had no impact on our stay. The house was well cared for - automatic sprinklers to water the vegetation and an alarm system. An exterminator came while we were there, although there was no evidence of any insects. I would highly recommend this property.
