Front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. We asked for a roll away bed, and it arrived within two minutes. The floor in the room was beyond filthy. Once we realized the bottoms of our feet were black, we never took our shoes off in the room again. Inexcusable! Also, breakfast is severely lacking.
