Most hotels have one bed that is firm and one that is soft. My daughter claimed the soft bed. My husband and I were left with a bed so firm that I could have used it for a foundation. There is such a thing as too firm. My friend that had the other room said that both beds were fine in her room. Other than that I would highly recommend the property.

We selected this hotel because of having a pool and hot tub. I checked a week before we arrived and all were working great. When we arrived, both pool and hot tub were out of commission due to error in chlorine level. I feel my rate included the pool and hot tub and because they were not available, I should be reimbursed. The office assistance could not help me due to not trained in that area but said manage will return soon. No word from management.

It was a nice stay. We really liked the room since it was very spacious and clean with pretty comfortable beds. Breakfast was ok and featured some hot items. The pool was unlocked and smelled heavy on chlorine.

I arrived at the 3 pm check in time. Waited in the parking lot for two hours as our room was not ready. Kids were looking forward to the pool. Chemicals were off for a day and a half. Kids swam once. Staff seem distant… Bed hurt my back one night so switched to the other one, it was much better. Waffles were good at breakfast….

Right next to the main highway. Don't have enough food for the breakfast and the staff would not bring more food 45 minutes before the end of breakfast time. Waste of money for the quality of this hotel.

Staff member at check in was super sweet and room was clean but that was the only positive. Both the gym and pool had signs saying they were not available. Morning staff appeared to not be interested in working. Complementary breakfast was out of almost everything and there was a line of people still waiting to eat with 45 minutes left in the breakfast window. Staff was not checking the amount of food or bringing anything out with any sort of urgency. Upon check out, no staff at front desk for nearly 10 minutes and had to call the hotel in order to draw an employee out to assist.

Disappointing Experience – Misleading Photos.

First of all, the photos of the hotel are very misleading. The actual appearance of the hotel is quite different from what was shown online — the rooms and facilities looked much older and less maintained in person. When we arrived, the service was underwhelming. Staff seemed unresponsive and disorganized, and we did not receive the level of quality or comfort that we had expected based on the pictures and description. Overall, it was a disappointing stay that did not meet our expectations.
